An original 'personal development program at work', with the intention of taking care of the employee's evolutionary capacity.  As some tangible results, Nike.com has advanced on an important delivery (its new e-commerce system), reorganized positions, task flows and responsibilities. As well as improved its ability to dialogue as a team, improving the quality of relationships.

Project:
Professional activity is increasingly connected to personal life. Employees want more support from the company for their evolution as individuals. At the same time, Nike has been pursuing activities of greater depth and impact in the relationship with its talents. The challenge was to create something that genuinely demonstrates its commitment to human development beyond work. The original Self + Team Awareness program, while caring for people, strengthens the team. 
Self: the relationship of reading the personal profile, with monitoring and guidance for increasing individual capacities 👩  Team: the materialization of a common purpose and the qualification of the team's work synergy towards the future 🧑🏿‍🤝‍🧑🏼

Process:
Created from an integration of strategic design with systemic psychology, the process lasted 03 months and was focused on Nike's digital services sector. The initial milestone was a team recognition workshop, followed by the implementation of assessment tools, in order to analyze each individual, their personality, attributes and strengths. Afterwards, 1: 1 sessions were held to better understand the subjects and design instruments of visual data with notes for personal development. In the end, a workshop integrated the individuals, proposed dialogues to recognize differences and composed a common construction for the future.
