Oxigena was an experience of intense collaborative work between different areas of the company to think about the future of the Pet sector. Its result was the ideation of 6 business solutions.

Who is the client: PremieRpet is a company specializing in high quality nutrition for dogs and cats since 1995. It is a pioneer in the development of Super Premium foods in Brazil.

Project:
PremieRpet had two needs: 1) Integrate teams, providing a fun, relaxed, and out-of-the-ordinary environment so that employees working in different areas get to know each other and connect to the meaning of working at Premier. 2) Stimulate strategic thinking, instigating throughout the company a look at innovations of different business needs. Everyone was invited to think like business owners and suggest solutions.🐱🐶
We developed an intense two-day strategic design-oriented workshop in an inspiring environment: a skate park at Farol Santander, one of the oldest buildings in São Paulo, formerly the Banespa bank.

Process
The first day was dedicated to think about future scenarios for the Pet sector based on a connection with the organization's mission and based on market and social behaviors. The squads received cards with trends and personas, and with that, started prototyping speculative solutions, promoting new relationships between tutors, animals, and technology.
On the second day, the squads received real challenges from the organization. Using design tools (frameworks and visual thinking), teams should show a technical capacity to propose innovative solutions and knowledge about the needs of leaders, performing a systemic view of the organization.
