Innovate strategy today to build quality tomorrow. A project where we decode aspects that generate perception of high quality in the beer category and designed an innovation strategy for the future. The project had a major impact on how Super Premium brands organize their launch planning and structure their positioning from now on, and also on how the innovation and insights teams develop their innovation-oriented internal processes, taking into account a systemic view and strategic.

My role: I coordinated the project with other research and design professionals. Having carried out a trend research and inside analysis of the client's materials, and subsequent creation of the HQ innovation strategy based on the data. I am currently facilitating workshops with brands and their suppliers.
